Bridget’s Turn to Leave Mark Darcy

No, no, no! (cue record scratch)  Jher and I did not break up!  It’s 10:25 p.m. and I just had dinner with husband.  In the office right now.  Yep.  I’m sleeping over because my flight tomorrow to Cagayan de Oro is at 5:10 a.m.  I waited for husband to board the bus while I stand at Liwasang Bonifacio, looking at him looking back at me from the window, both of us sending esoteric, non-verbal messages.  I just had to walk away just for me not to miss him badly.  Just look at my fcuking itinerary:

• Jan.  9 – Manila to Cagayan, Cagayan to Malaybalay City, Malaybalay to Lanao del Sur (hwaaaaa!)
• Jan. 10-11 – Bumbaran, Lanao del Sur for FP Educators Training
• Jan. 12 – Lanao del Sur to Davao City (6-hour land travel….*wails*)
• Jan. 12-14 – weekend at Davao (yeeeey!)
• Jan. 15-16 – FP Training for Nurses, travel to Tagum City, Davao del Norte (hwaaaa again!), back to Davao
• Jan. 17 – Flight back to Manila
• Jan. 18-19 (next day after returning from Mindanao) – off to Clark, Pampanga for a training (hwaaaaaa!  from south to north!)

Sniff.  Officially, this is the first time I’m gonna leave husband for 2007.  (wipes tears)
